Please note:

All rooms are equipped with hairdryer and flat screen satellite television.
Free Wifi access is available throughout the house.
Local visitors´tax: € 1.00 per person and day;

Supplement for bank holidays ,weekends and long weekends.
A child from 3 to 5 years is free of charge in the bed of the parents. After 6 to 10 years it will be 20,-- Euro per night incl. breakfast) for an extra bed. A child after 11 has the same price for an extra bed like the adults, 25,-- Euro incl. breakfast. When a child between 6 and 14 years stays in a double room, it will be 6,-- Euro for the breakfast. The price above is cheaper.

We have only double rooms, no twin-bedded rooms.

A cancellation because of Covid 19 is free of charge, but you have to inform us.

General Terms

 For a reservation you could write an email with your name, address, arrival and departure date, mobile or telephone number. You could also make a booking trough our reservationsystem Dirs21. The price is without breakfast. It is possible to book it on arrival.

You have on our website the best price.

It is also possible to book over Booking.com, HRS and Expedia with Creditcard number for garantee.

Check-in

• From 2.00 pm bis 9.00 pm (please provide notice of an earlier arrival, because the front door could be clossed during miday for shopping in town)
  
• Late arrival only until 10.00 pm possible
• On Sunday by 6.00 pm  ( We are out from 18.45 until 20.15 o´clock)

Cancellation

• Staying 1 to 3 nights the cancellation is 3 days before arrival free of charge.
• Staying 4 to 6 nights the cancellation is 1 week before arrival free of charge.
• When you stay longer than 7 nights the cancellation would be 2 weeks before arrival.
• If the cancellation is not in time we charge 80 % on the room rate  without breakfast.
• There are different cancellation policies with Booking, HRS and Expedia
• If you have made an advanced payment of 10 % through a reservation system, it will not be payed back and a cancellation is not free
  
  

Breakfast

• Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 9.30 am; the buffet is available until 10.00 am
• Early Breakfast during the season at 7.30 am upon request.
• You can opt out from breakfast the day before - saving 9.00 € per person
  
  

Pets

      There is as well a cat belonging to the family (angorian white)
      Dogs are not permitted.

We are unable to provide following services

• Ironing and laundry services
• Hosting of parties
  
  

Opening period

• We are open from 1st April until 17th Oct.2021
• During the season there is a pause:
• It is closed from 25th to 27h May 2021
• from 27th June to 1st July 2021
• from 29th Aug. to 2nd Sept. 2021
• We are closed in winter, even for Christmas and New Years Eve except of some exhibitions in Nuernberg.
