Please note:

All rooms are equipped with hairdryer and flat screen satellite television.
Free Wifi access is available throughout the house.
Local visitors´ tax: € 1,00 per person and day;

Supplement for bank holidays ,weekends and long weekends.
A child from 3 to 5 years is free of charge in the bed of the parents. After 6 to 14 years it will be 25,00 Euro per night incl. breakfast) for an extra bed. A child after 14 has the same price for an extra bed like the adults, 30,00 Euro incl. breakfast. When a child between 6 and 13 years stays in a double room, it will be 8,00 Euro instead of 14,00 for the breakfast. The price above is cheaper.

We have only double rooms, no twin-bedded rooms.

General Terms

For a reservation you could write an email with your name, address, arrival and departure date, mobile or telephone number. You could also make a booking trough our reservationsystem Dirs21. The price is without breakfast. It is possible to book it on arrival.

For our guests, we have on our website the best price.

It is also possible to book over Booking.com, HRS and Hotel.de only with Creditcard number for garantee.

Check-in

• From 2.00 pm until 9.00 pm (if you arrive before 2 pm, it can happen that the front door will be clossed during miday for shopping in town)
  
• Late arrival only until 10.00 pm possible
• On Sunday by 6.00 pm  ( We are out from 18.45 until 20.15 o´clock)

Cancellation

• Staying 1 to 3 nights the cancellation is 3 days before arrival free of charge.
• Staying 4 to 6 nights the cancellation is 1 week before arrival free of charge.
• When you stay longer than 7 nights the cancellation would be 2 weeks before arrival.
• If the cancellation is not in time we charge 80 % on the room rate  without breakfast.
• There could be a different cancellation policies with Booking, HRS andHotel.de
• If you have made an advanced payment  through a reservation systems, it will not be payed back and a cancellation is not free.
  
  

Breakfast

• Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 9.30 am; the buffet is available until 10.00 am
• You can opt out from breakfast the day before - saving 14,00 € per person
  
  

Pets

• There is as well a cat belonging to the family (angorian white)
• Dogs are not permitted.

We are unable to provide following services

• Ironing and laundry services
• Hosting of parties
  
  

Opening period during the Summer-season

• We are open from 19th April until 13th Oct. 2024
• During the season there is a pause:
  
  • It is closed from 21st to 23th May 2024
  • from 23th to 27th June 2024
  • from 29th Aug. to 1st Aug. 2024
  • from 1st Sept. to 5th Sept. 2024
• We are also closed in winter, even for Christmas and New Years Eve.
