... enjoying our breakfast-buffet served in our spacious breakfast room with a splendid view over the castle and the cathedral (basilica). Adjacent to the breakfast room there is the terrace where you can also enjoy the morning sun, over a cup of coffee or tea. 

We will be happy to give you advice ...

...concerning day trips and sightseeing tours or to provide maps for hikes, bicycle tours or motorbike trips. 
Brochures of caves, castles and museums as well as sports and leisure facilities are available at the reception desk.
There are also newspapers and event calendar which provides information about guided walks, also with the night watchman, concerts at the basilica, courses at the painting school and themed guided hikes for different tastes including herbs or Druid mysteries.

We have a separate lounge area with a tiled stove for relaxation or having breakfast in the winter months.

Our large garden has a fountain and lawn where you are welcome to spend evenings relaxing with drinks from the hotel bar.

In the town there are various restaurants, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. The nearest inn is only 5 minute walk away.

We also have a secure shed  for bicycles and motorbikes and a garage and large private car park on the hotel grounds.

At our family-owned "Krone" Restaurant-Café in the village centre....
you can also be served a half board menu, upon request. The varied menu at the "Krone" Restaurant, includes local and vegetarian dishes, and a wide variety of "grandma´s home made cakes.
